The success story of Neuhaus begins in a basement in Brussels, where Jean Neuhaus, a pharmacist, made his first bars of bitter chocolate. Today, over 150 years later, Neuhaus is the renowned inventor of the delicious, world-famous Belgian pralines. Its secret recipe? A great passion for chocolate, craftsmanship and tradition. Yet also a firm commitment to innovation and a solid IT vision. All these strengths combined enable Neuhaus to run a world-class company that is active in 50 countries.
Neuhaus has been relying on FAST-Food™ to control its processes since 2009. In the meantime, the celebrated chocolatier is already looking much further than the ERP backbone. Management decisions are now supported by dashboards, developed with Business Objects, including a system for cash register reporting. Technical product files with pictures and ingredient declarations roll out of the system with ease. And SharePoint supports the cooperation between the parent organization and the many points of sale worldwide.
During the FAST-Food event, Neuhaus will gladly explain how it managed to grow so fast from ERP to a broad range of new functionalities. In addition, we will enlarge upon the different ‘tastes’ of FAST-Food™, providing answers to questions like: how does the package support traders? How can it help beverage companies with specific tasks like excise management? And what can Google Maps do for the agro-food sector?
As you will see on the agenda, we have composed a four-course menu for you, for 19 October. After a short intro, we will serve the story of Neuhaus, you will savour the different tastes of FAST-Food™ and we will treat you to info on the FAST-Food™ community. We have even thought of the dessert: we will close the afternoon with an exquisite, unique degustation. We hope to meet you there!
