Microsoft CRM Consultant

Your function

As Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant you are responsible for the design and implementation of the MS CRM solutions that help our customers to get the most out of the interactions with their own customers. You gather and analyze the requirements in close collaboration with the end users. Based on this information you develop and implement the suitable solutions, always keeping new technologies (such as Mobility) in mind. You write documentation and perform the necessary knowledge transfer. Depending on your experience you play a part in presales and in coaching less experienced colleagues.

Your profile

You are a real all round profile: the functional processes (sales, marketing …) as well as the technical part appeal to you
You have CRM implementation experience, preferably with MS CRM
You have strong communication skills and you speak Dutch and English fluently
You are willing to work on projects in Flanders
